BitCaps21 is a hat company inspired by Bitcoin’s scarcity and cultural revolution. Every cap we release is designed to reflect the ethos of limited supply, sound money, and the forward-thinking Bitcoin community.
📦 When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and typically shipped within 2–5 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your hat’s journey.
During product drops or restocks, please allow a few extra days due to volume.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
International Orders: 10–20 business days, depending on customs and location
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide!
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
🔁 Can I return or exchange a hat?
Because our products are limited-edition, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
* The item arrives damaged
* You received the wrong product
If there’s an issue with your order, email us at 📧 support@bitcaps21.com within 7 days of receiving it.
🧠 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us ASAP at 📧 support@bitcaps21.com with your correct address.
If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

🧾 Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order, followed by a shipping email with tracking once it’s fulfilled.

🤖 Do you accept crypto as payment?
Not yet — but it’s coming soon.
We’re working on integrating Bitcoin Lightning payments in the near future.
